Both Dr John Elliotson and Dr James Esdail wrote books on their works using hypnosis and telepathic hypnosis before the invention of anesthetics. Their books can be found with a simple Google search.

Are the papers available about 100 years old you mentioned on Coast to Coast dealing with Mesmer’s telepathic method used by two Dr.s replacing anesthetics. I would like a copy. Thank you. I have been in the field63 years.
