Dr Alan Sanderson addressing the Royal Society of Medicine

Alan’s talk was received with interest from medical students and scepticism from older members. Medical students from abroad are more open to the idea, especially when their own culture acknowledges spiritual and religious beliefs. The attitudes of medical science are deeply entrenched and it is difficult to breach them until individual psychiatrists encounter similar cases themselves and refer them on to people like Alan Sanderson.
Excellent talk Terence, really interesting also I it would be good to follow the talk with your opinion of how the information was received by the delegates 🙂
